How many offices does Lucas Rent have in Gran Canaria?
We have three offices: Gran Canaria Airport (LPA, open 24h), Playa del Inglés at the Yumbo Centrum, and Patalavaca on the south-west coast. You can pick up or return from any of them.
Do you deliver cars to hotels?
Yes. We offer free hotel delivery and pickup in 5 southern zones: Playa del Inglés, Patalavaca, Mogán, Puerto Rico and Taurito. For accommodation outside these zones, pickup is at our Playa del Inglés office (Yumbo Centrum).
What is included in the rental price?
All our prices include basic third-party liability insurance, unlimited mileage, 15% IGIC tax and 24h roadside assistance. Optional SCDW €8/day removes the excess. Additional driver €10/day. No hidden fees: what you see in the search is the final price.
What is the minimum age to rent?
Minimum age is 21 with 2 years of driving licence for Group A (Toyota Aygo). For all other groups the minimum age is 24 with 4 years of driving licence. We accept EU, UK, Swiss and Norwegian licences, plus international permits under the Vienna Convention.
Is a credit card required to rent?
Not required to search or book. A credit card in the main driver's name is required at pickup (for the security deposit). We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
